PRICING AND APPOINTMENTS

In order for Lexi's Aqua Pawz to treat your doggy friend we must insist on vet referrals only, you can find a link to the vet referral form at the top of this page.

The reasons for this is so we are aware of any medical conditions your dog may have and that they are medically fit to take the plunge.

You can still swim your dog even if your vet has not suggested it but we would still need a vet referral.

HOW TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT

Please ensure that you and your vet complete the relevant sections on the vet referral form for Hydrotherapy dogs, as we can not accept your registration without it as we need to ensure the appropriate treatment is undertaken.

The completed form can then be posted or emailed to us.

Once received we will then contact you to arrange an intial consultation.

If you need any further information or help with the vet referral form please do not hesitate to contact us.

If the lessons are for fun and fitness, we ask as long as your dogs are fit and well and not undergoing any current vet treatments and/or suffering with diabetes, epilepsy or any cardiac conditions we DO NOT require a vet referral form.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED ON DAY OF TREATMENT - PRIOR TO SWIMMING.

Cash and Bacs are accepted.

PLEASE NOTE:

All hydrotherapy sessions are on average 30 minutes long with a maximum swim time of 20 minutes. However, this will all depend on your dogs condition, needs and ability. It is highly likely at the first appointment your dog will only spend a short time in the water, the price of the treatment will not alter because of this.

It is benificial to shower the dog before and after treatment as it accustoms the dog to the warm water before entering the pool and also aids ongoing treatment with muscle relaxation.
